Perth Office Fitout Case Study

Colour and Light Fastness

Demolition | Ceilings | Flooring | Building & Construction | Elevator Installation | Furniture | Office Branding

This week we take a look at two recently completed projects in the commercial space. Both of these are office design and fitout projects completed by the team at Bellfort in Perth.

What is an office fitout?

An office fitout entails preparing an office or commercial space for work. It encompasses creating an environment so that employees are happy, healthy, and can adequately complete their role. This involves planning an office layout, supplying furniture, fittings and paint. Planning lighting, power points and telephone cables and everything in between.

Why get an office fitout? Companies may choose to go through with an office fitout for various reason. Some have recently re-branded their business and the office design and decoration needs to reflect this. Others want to make a better environment for their employees, so that they can work more efficiently or more happily. Some need to accommodate more people in a space and so need to re-design the floorplan of the office to fit more staff and keep costs down.
